Church on the Street

It all started with a few new believers who still identify strongly with being Catholic.  We want them to have a witness to their family so instead of yanking them out of their culture we wanted to give them a way to be a part of their culture in order to win their family and city to Christ.

Thus began the idea of a house church that would welcome and disciple baby believers. We play together, eat together, pray together, serve together, and worship together.

We call ourself "Church on the Street" because we have no home.  Each week we float to a different location, strongly preferring to meet in a park.

It looks a lot different than any church I have ever attended but we all love Christ and are committed to seeing disciples born and raised.  It's an amazing thing to be part of.

Also, this is yet another way that David Ludeña and his wife is reaching Loja.  Each week he brings us a message and is leading us as we create small discipleship groups.

You can pray for us in two ways:
1.  Pray as we continue to pray through this new adventure.  This morning David and Sandra will be holding a prayer breakfast.  Pray along with us.
2. Pray about becoming a committed financial partner for the Ludeña family.  Here's how to do that:
